Serenity is an exceptional owner’s version Leopard 46 cruising catamaran in. She has been privately owned, never chartered and expertly maintained. She is turnkey, ready to go for blue water cruising. Serenity has all the required cruising equipment for safe, comfortable, self-sufficient, ocean passage making with all the toys to enjoy life once at anchor. All major systems have been recently serviced or upgraded and haul out, with bottom paint, sail drive seals and other out of the water services completed in July 2024.

The 2008 Leopard 46, built by Roberts and Caine, was designed by world renowned catamaran designers Morelli and Melvin. She is a great balance of seaworthiness, comfort and sailing performance. Serenity was sailed on her own keel from South Africa, no longer the standard for the more recent, “comfort oriented”, cruising catamarans. Many professional skippers consider the Leopard 46 design the best “sailing boats” of the Leopard catamaran family. Look at the extensive inventory of this gorgeous boat, she is truly ready to go!

The starboard owners hull features a Queen size bed. There is a settee, large wardrobes, office area, plus large head with a full walk in shower and plenty of storage. An independent air conditioning makes this an outstanding layout.

The port hull features two large staterooms as well as an additional crew berth in the bow. Both with full head with toilet, sink and shower. Staterooms have large hatches for ventilation and light, as well as ample shelves, under bed lockers and hanging lockers for storage. The port hull has separate air conditioning.

The galley has a double stainless steel sink, Force 10 propane stove with oven, Corian countertops, LED lighting throughout, and lots of storage.

There is ample room for eight people at the large dining room table. Lots of large windows and opening hatches make the saloon the go to living area to lounge around and read. The saloon has its own dedicated reverse cycle heat/air conditioning system.

To starboard is the navigation area with all the toys to ensure a safe and fun passage. This means the boat can be handled in difficult conditions from the navigation station.
